We don't just build with AI.
We've turned it on ourselves, too.

Plenty of firms will tell you they use AI to write code. We do too. The difference is what happens around the code: we've turned the same agentic operating system inward, on parts of our own business.

Twelve months honing the process.

Since agentic coding tools first arrived, we've spent over a year turning them into a fast, repeatable and reliable end-to-end process, covering design, testing, documentation and delivery, not just code. It's an Agentic Software Delivery System, using a variety of tools including Claude Code and context integrations.

It has shipped a live-streaming platform now running HD broadcasts globally, an SMTP relay product for ZiAAS, and Club Kickoff, launching on the App Store soon, among other work. Each build has sharpened it further: it runs leaner and more reliably than the first version did, and the time saved gets passed straight to clients, who spend less on the build and more on their own goals.

We've turned it inward too. Certain business functions now run on the same process, with shared memory across pricing, positioning and pipeline that frees our time for client work instead of admin.

The engineering bench

Agents design the UI, write the code, the tests and the documentation, and cover everything else a development team would, directed and reviewed by senior engineers throughout.

Left unconfigured, agents produce average work, sometimes worse. Senior judgement fixes that:

Skills and memory keep quality up. Without the right skill written for a task, agents over-engineer or repeat the same mistake run after run. Writing the fix into a skill, once, keeps it fixed.
Knowing your systems matters more than prompting well. Agents rarely suggest a plain script where a script is what's needed, and they'll build on whatever architecture they're pointed at, right or wrong.
Junior developers need a senior to check with. When an agent asks a genuinely hard question mid-build, an inexperienced developer can answer confidently and wrongly.

Routine work happens at machine pace, judgement stays human, connected to the tools you already use so status and priorities stay visible for technical and non-technical people alike.
