Honed over twelve months and counting

We've been building and refining this system for over a year, through several generations of tooling, and the lessons are baked in: scripts own the deterministic work, agents own the judgement calls that scale, and decision rules matter more than clever prompts. What's left is a system that gets more useful every month.

The engineering bench

Agents design the UI, write the code, the tests and the documentation, and cover everything else a development team would. Senior engineers direct the work and review everything that matters. The practical effect is simple: routine work happens at machine pace, judgement stays human.
